John McCarty

John McCarty grew up in Marshall as a part of the Fairview church. He graduated from MHS in 1964. He graduated from Bethel College (now University) in 1968. He started seminary in 1969 & 70. He went into the Air Force in 1969. He worked in business and then completed Seminary. He is one of the many who have felt the call to ministry in Marshall, one of our "Sons in the Ministry." He pastored churches in Tennessee, Kentucky and Texas. He has served as a Hospice chaplain.
