V. Representatives to Higher Judicatories

A. Commissioners to General Assembly: Minister commissioners and elder commissioners to the General Assembly, as well as their alternates, shall be elected at the September session of presbytery. Each commissioner who attends General Assembly shall present a written report at the next September session of presbytery. Commissioners shall be paid travel expenses according to guidelines of the Presbytery Council.

B. Youth Advisory Delegates to General Assembly: Youth Advisory Delegates to the General Assembly, nominated by the Board of Christian Education, shall be elected at the September session of presbytery. Each delegate who attends General Assembly shall present a written report at the next September session of presbytery. Delegates shall be paid travel expenses according to the guidelines of the Presbytery Council.

C. Delegates to Mission Synod: Minister delegates and elder delegates to Mission Synod, as well as their alternates shall be elected at the September session of presbytery. Each delegate who attends Mission Synod shall present a written report at the next September session of presbytery. Delegates shall be paid travel expenses according to the guidelines of the Presbytery Council.
