Dear Campers and Parents,

Trinity Presbytery Camps will again be held at Camp Gilmont near Gilmer, Texas. The dates for this year's camps are June 13 through June 18. There are groups for campers entering kindergarten through those graduating high school. The fee for all campers is $300 for those registering by April 30, 2021. After that date the fee is $325. After May 31st, the fee is $350.

Please note that an adult from the family or sending church is required to be on staff for campers entering Kinder-2nd grade. Fees include meals, lodging, T- shirts, canteen and use of facilities.

Please complete the registration forms and return them to the church through which you are registering in a timely manner so they can be sent to Marvin by April 30, 2021. This will help with transportation arrangements and financial matters as well as knowing who to pray for. If you are not registering through a church please send your completed forms and payment to Marvin Terrell.

Checks should be made payable to Trinity Presbytery. To take advantage of the $300 fee your forms should reach Marvin by April 30, 2021. Campers will receive a letter in May to confirm their registration and provide further information on what to bring and other plans for the week of camping.

On-site check-in will be held on Sunday, June 13th, from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. in Mackey Hall. Camp will end Friday, June 18th, promptly at 10:00 a.m.

COVID INFORMATION We will be following any CDC guidelines in place at the time of camp. Protocols may include but are not limited to: • Participants self-screening before arriving at camp for symptoms or exposure to Covid. • Temperature checks upon arriving at and during camp. • Increased sanitizing of facilities. • Frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing. More specific information regarding health and safety protocols will be communicated before camp. Should a camper be unable to attend because of exposure or a positive test, fees will be reimbursed. Timely registration is even more important than ever before. If guidelines necessitate limiting numbers of campers, registration will be on a first come basis.

Working and current email addresses and phone numbers are requested on your camp registration form. In the event your camper shows symptoms or experiences a known exposure at camp, current contact information will be essential. Also, we are likely to use email to send out additional information in the weeks leading up to camp.
